Overview

The LOT 523 case study demonstrates our structured workflow for producing 3D floor plans—helping clients visualise spatial layout, finishes, and furniture placement in a realistic, easy-to-understand format.

These floor plans are often used alongside photoreal 3D renders, architectural walkthrough animations, and 360 VR experiences, depending on the project stage and how the visuals will be presented.

How the 3D Floor Plan Was Developed

Below is the end-to-end workflow used for this project—from early information gathering to final delivery.

   Information & CAD Collection

   We gathered CAD drawings, detailed plans, material specifications, colour schedules and references.

   Grayscale 3D Modelling

   A base grayscale 3D model was developed to establish composition, structure and spatial layout.

   White Render Approval

   A white render was shared with the client to collect feedback and confirm structure.

   Materials & Lighting

   Textures, materials and lighting were applied to create a photoreal finish.

   Client Feedback & Revisions

   Revisions were applied based on feedback until full client satisfaction was achieved.

   Final Refinement

   The approved 3D floor plans were meticulously refined and prepared for delivery.
